  1. Please make sure that your problem can not be solved by the FAQ. In these texts you often find the instructions for example to solve network problems.
  2. You also can search for detailed information on our service website. The English-speaking service website contains many documents, tips and tools.

If you can not solve your problem using the FAQ or the service website, you can directly report an error to us here. In case of errors or issues about the configuration of a trivum device, you can report an error directly via the WebConfig GUI (with version 9.1 and higher).
