How can I find my trivum device on the network?

Before you perform the steps to search your trivum device on the network, check the following:

  • Make sure your trivum device is turned on
    Check if the indicator (LED)on your device lights up.
  • Make sure your trivum device is connected to your local network
    Check the status LEDs on the network jack. Your device is connected to the network when one LED (Link OK) is permanently on and the other LED (Data OK) flashes.
  • Make sure that you use the latest version of the  trivum ServerAdmin Tool
    Please download here the latest version of the trivum ServerAdmin Tool.

Once connected to the network, you can find out the IP address of your trivum device as follows:

  • Open the ServerAdmin Tool

→ All trivum devices of your trivum multiroom system are listed with there IP address and other information. You can now open the WebConfig of a device by double-clicking on it.

Notice: All trivum devices are using DHCP by default. That means the IP addresses are assigned automatically. Please note by using static IP, that your trivum device and your computer are in the same network.
